Vision

               Our vision is to be creative, collaborative and accessible. The programs offered by the IG-HRD develop students to be creative such as in creating a body of knowledge, creating practitioners, and leadership. The graduates can work collaboratively with both academics and practitioners in the field. They are expected to build a good network within a global society. The programs offer opportunity for students who are willing to gain expertise, knowledge and experience through the year round admission with the option to study either on a week day or week end.

Mission

               The IG-HRD is committed to the development of students to be excellent in academics, research for the new body of knowledge and career development. All students are expected to be able to use at least two languages in their work so as to work effectively and efficiently in a multi-cultural environment.
